Our Story
With a decades long interest in simplifying the digitalization process for Business Users, Peter and Kelsy formed EI-Group in 2017 with a mission to give Business Users the methods and tools needed to effortlessly translate familiar business processes into clear, structured requirements for IT.
In our experience, it’s all too common for IT solutions to fall short of meeting the expectations of Subject Matter Experts and Business Users. This shortfall typically stems from a fundamental miscommunication between Business and IT/Data Teams during the transfer of Business Logic prior to development.
At the heart of this issue lies the challenge of clearly, structurally, and unequivocally articulating requirements. Subject Matter Experts, despite their deep domain knowledge, often struggle to express their needs in a manner that IT teams can readily interpret and implement.
Our mission is to bridge this communication gap with simple and intuitive Business facing tools that facilite seamless collaboration with IT and Data Teams, empowering organizations to translate complex business logic into actionable technical specifications.

Kelsy originally became an Environmental Engineer with former employments at Engineering companies, where he was lead developer of complex environmental and geoscience software products. He has 27 years of experience with software development for the Environmental and Geoscience area. In EI-Group, Kelsy leads the design and development of EICORE.

Peter holds a PhD in Hydrogeology with former employments at large Engineering Consultants. He has 19 years of experience with data integration, optimization of work-flows for digital solutions and technical responsible for several large digital innovation projects. In EI-Group, Peter develops the concept behind EICORE while implementing and testing it with users.
